This is all just placeholder. Setup is placeholder data, as you asked: two groups (Necessary locked-on, Analytics opt-in) and two cookies, so both toggle states are exercised. It's all database, so no CSS changed — nothing to commit, and it'll travel in your snapshot. I also closed the browser pane I opened. One note: the bundle added oveleon/contao-cookiebar to the dev site's composer.json, which lives outside this repo — worth adding to the starter's install steps alongside the Theme Toolbox.
