Needs the client
Content or assets only the client can supply. The site works without them, but each one is visible to visitors.
Licensed photos
Any stock photo still showing a watermark (as the design comps often do) must be bought or replaced before launch.
Real portraits and team details
Placeholder portraits and bios on the team section.
Review the legal pages
Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Accessibility Statement and Terms of Service are drafts from the BCS starter. The client (or their counsel) confirms them, in particular the governing law ([State]) and the data-retention period.
Analytics and advertising IDs
The Google Tag Manager container (or GA4 / Ads IDs) to switch tracking on. The cookie banner and Cookie Policy must list every tool before it runs.
The inbox for form submissions
Where each form's notification goes; they send to the studio until then.
Real testimonials, news and case studies
Placeholder quotes and articles are marked as such; replace or remove before launch.

Needs the studio
A step only the studio can take, or a choice that's ours to make.
Design QA
Every page against its board (engine/qa/design-qa.py), findings reviewed in groups; fonts from a 2px difference, spacing from 16px.
Mobile pass
Every page at 360, 600, 800, 1000 and 1200 plus the open mobile menu (engine/qa/mobile-qa.py --menu): no overflow, no copy squeezed under 220px.
Launch checklist
Real domain on the root page, robots and sitemap, redirects from the old site, form tests, backups, and the style guide pages hidden from search.
